1. Powered Roller Flexible Conveyors

A versatile powered roller option ideal for moving cartons and packages. Easily and quickly manoeuvred in and out of trucks for safer, faster and easier loading and unloading.

Flexible Conveyors - Specifications

• Available in two standard widths 600mm and 750mm
• 150Kg load capacity per linear metre based on a level working height
• Fully adjustable support legs to give between 770mm and 1095mm working height
• 160mm diameter heavy duty castors complete with a foot operated brake as standard
• 40mm diameter steel zinc plated rollers
• Rollers at 125mm centres when the conveyor system is expanded
• Rollers fitted with precision bearings to give longer and smoother operation
• Rollers driven using heavy duty polyurethane drive belts
• 240Volt Electrical control cabinet fitted as standard complete with direction and speed controllers

Optional Conveyor Systems Extras

Electronic Package Stop – Under roller photo optic sensors detect a package or carton and automatically stop the conveyor system when it reaches the discharge end. Once the package is removed the conveyor will restart until the next package reaches the discharge point.

Flexible Conveyors - Connecting bracket – Quickly and easily connects two or more conveyors together to expand conveyor systems.

Roller pitches of 75mm and 100mm available for smaller products.

2. Gravity Roller Expandable Flexible Conveyors

Perfect for moving different size boxes and packages with irregular bases. A robust design with high quality components ensures strength and reliability.

Flexible Conveyors - Specifications

• Available in two standard widths 600mm and 750mm
• Fully adjustable support legs to give between 730mm and 1055mm working height
• 250Kg load capacity per linear metre based on a level working height
• 125mm diameter heavy duty swivel castors fitted as standard complete with a foot operated brake
• Twin roller design with centre support to give added strength
• 40mm diameter steel zinc plated rollers fitted with semi-precision bearings
• Rollers at 125mm centres when the conveyor is expanded

Optional Extras

Package Stop – prevents cartons from falling from the discharge end. Simply drops down for storage when not required or when connecting to another conveyor.

Conveyor Connecting bracket – Quickly and easily connects two or more conveyors together to expand your system.

3. Gravity Skate-wheel Expandable Flexible Conveyors

Manufactured from the same quality materials, the twin roller system is replaced by 49mm diameter heavy duty zinc plated skate-wheels.

• 300Kg load capacity per linear metre based on a level working height
• An option of 48mm diameter plastic skate-wheels is available for lighter applications with a load capacity of 80Kg per linear metre.

All other specifications and optional extras are as the gravity roller type.
