IPP Services supplies 2 main types of gravity conveyors which vary in both roller diameter and capacity, as well as a complete range of gravity roller conveyor spares & components.

1. ZTL/PC1 Gravity Roller Conveyors

ZTL/PC1 gravity conveyors have 35mm rollers, which only a capacity of 20 kilograms, they are painted 'Blue RAL 5010' as standard.

ZTL/PC1 Gravity Conveyors - Specifications:

• Recommended for products with a maximum weight of 20kg (no shock loading)
• 2.5mm Pressed steel Z section frame 64mm high
• Full Welded construction
• 35mm Diameter Steel Rollers / 20 Kilo Capacity
• Self colour bright zinc plated finish available
• Available in standard roller pitches of 37.5mm, 75mm, 112.5mm or 150mm
• Standard Frame Finish: Powder Coated Blue RAL 501O. Other Colours available On request
• Stainless Steel is available on all our conveyor systems

2. ZTL/PF1 Gravity Roller Conveyors

The ZTL/PF1 gravity conveyor has rollers that 50mm in diameter and can carry weights of no more than 30 kilograms. Our gravity conveyors are painted 'Blue RAL 5010' as standard, but are available in different colours to suit your companies branding.

ZTL/PFI gravity conveyors are available in widths of between 1.5 metres and 3 metres, with an inside track width of 462mm, 612mm or 762mm.
